YOUR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT BUSINESS COACH
For four years, I was trapped in a corporate 9-5, longing for freedom and adventure. My passion for travel led me to take an 8-month backpacking sabbatical, where I discovered the world of digital nomads. I knew I wanted to join this lifestyle, but I didn't know how.
That's when I discovered what a Virtual Assistant was.
I returned from my travels with no plan but pure determination to create a full-time income whilst full-time travelling. I launched my VA business in September 2023 and became fully booked within three months. To get there, I invested in a coach, which was the best decision I ever made.
Whilst sharing my story online and travelling as a full-time digital nomad, I kept getting asked the question…“Lucy, how the heck are you travelling so much? Teach me how!”
I found my true passion (my Ikigai) in coaching people just like you to achieve the same freedom I feel everyday. This is a full circle moment, and I am so excited to be your coach!

I WORK FULL-TIME, IS THIS PROGRAMME ACHIEVABLE FOR ME? Yes, absolutely. This programme is intentionally designed for ambitious individuals who are currently working a 9-5 job and need maximum flexibility. All coaching calls are recorded and you have 6-months access to the educational portal, allowing you to learn at your own pace. To get the best results from the Academy, commit 4-8 hours per week to complete the modules and attend the live calls.
WHEN ARE THE LIVE COACHING CALLS SCHEDULED? Our schedule is built for a global community. Whether you are in the UK, AUS, or the US, we ensure there are live sessions you can attend. Depending on where you are based, we host the 90-minute live calls outside of standard 9am-6pm business hours, typically on a Sunday and Wednesday evening.
WHO IS THE VA ACADEMY FOR, AND IS IT RIGHT FOR ME? The VA Academy is for aspirational business owners so they can learn how to build, launch & sign clients to their VA business and create a lifestyle of location and time freedom, all while having a sustainable full time online income. WHAT IF I MISS A LIVE COACHING CALL? All 90-minute live Group Coaching Calls are recorded and uploaded to the community. As a member, you have access to all these recordings during the 6 months. You can review the discussions, submit your questions in the community, and attend the next live call.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED TO START? None! This Academy is designed to show you that your transferable skills are your highest qualifications. You do not need prior VA experience. I teach you how to translate those transferable skills into profitable VA services.
DO I NEED PRIOR EXPERIENCE AS A VIRTUAL ASSISTANT? Absolutely not. This entire programme is designed for ambitious people who are transitioning out of corporate or hospitality roles. We start with the foundations and build your confidence and skills from the ground up, ensuring you are prepared to secure your first clients.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I NEED TO DEDICATE TO THE ACADEMY EACH WEEK? I recommend dedicating 4-8 focused hours per week. This commitment includes watching the video modules, conducting your business building, completing your homework tasks and attending the live calls. Remember, you have 6-months to the educational portal, allowing you to move through the phases to your timeline.
WHEN WILL I SIGN MY FIRST CLIENT? Every student has their own timeline. If you follow the curriculum roadmap, youâll have a fully set up Virtual Assistant business within the first 8 weeks of the Academy. With this timeline, youâll look at signing your first client around week 12. I want you to be working with your first paying client by the end of the programme!
WHAT KIND OF SUPPORT CAN I EXPECT BETWEEN LIVE CALLS? You will receive support in two main ways: Community Support: Access to our Thriving Community (on Skool) for 24/7 support and accountability with fellow likeminded VAs. Gold List Exclusive Support: Depending on your tier, you will have guaranteed monthly 1:1 Progress Check-ins, and Gold List students receive exclusive 1:1 Direct Message support and VIP Coaching calls.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 6-MONTH INTENSIVE COACHING PERIOD ENDS? However, I understand if you need further support. Once you are inside the Academy, you will have the exclusive option to extend your coaching and community access on a month-to-month basis if you need continued guidance, accountability and momentum.
